Award Ceremony for the Yoto Carnegie Medals

Our Year 11 Book Group had a great time today watching the Award Ceremony for the Yoto Carnegie Medals. They have been shadowing the longlisted and shortlisted novels since March and really enjoyed coming together to watch Ruta Sepetys take the Shadowers' Choice Medal for 'I Must Betray You' and Manon Steffan Ros be awarded the 2023 Yoto Carnegie Medal for Writing for 'The Blue Book of Nebo'. Two super summer reads for those looking for a summer read.
